1、 Overview
The DTSYF6607 three-phase electronic prepaid multi rate electricity meter (hereinafter referred to as the "instrument") is designed and manufactured based on the actual electricity consumption of residents. It has high accuracy and reliability.
This instrument adopts advanced energy metering dedicated chips, designed in combination with mature multi rate and prepaid technologies, and is a high-tech product manufactured using 16 bit digital sampling processing technology and SMT process. The key components are selected from internationally renowned long-life devices, which improves the reliability and service life of the product. The data display adopts a large screen LCD, which is convenient for meter reading.
This instrument can realize functions such as time-sharing metering prepayment, setting daily meter reading, handheld computer programming, and meter reading; Can set 2 time zones, 3 rates, and 12 day time slots; And it has infrared and 485 communication functions, which can achieve long-distance meter reading. The communication protocol can support DL/T 645-2007 "Multi functional Energy Meter Communication Protocol", providing necessary conditions for electricity automation management.
Its performance indicators comply with the technical requirements for electronic active energy meters in GB/T 17215-2002 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters", meet the technical requirements for multi rate energy meters in GB/T15284-2002 "Special Requirements for Multi rate Energy Meters", and comply with various technical requirements of GB/T18460-2001 "IC Card Prepaid Electricity Sales System".
2、 Main functions
Prepaid multi rate energy meters have the following basic functions:
3.1 Time based active and reverse energy measurement, reactive energy measurement, can be divided into 4 rates, 12 time periods, and 8 time zones.
3.3 Infrared communication, programming settings, and meter reading can be performed through a handheld computer.
3.4 Parameter rotation display can be implemented, and the parameters (not exceeding 32 items) and time intervals of the rotation display can be pre-set. The order of parameter rotation display can also be set arbitrarily.
3.5 Equipped with optocoupler isolation active passive pulse output interface, with the same pulse constant as the meter constant.
3.6 Record the total active power and hourly power for 12 months, and meter reading can be done through infrared or 485 methods.
3.7 It has programming prohibition function and data reset function.
3.8 Support for reduced meter reading according to departmental regulations.
3.9 It has the function of purchasing electricity first and then using it, and automatically freezing the monthly electricity consumption rates on designated meter reading days.
3.10 IC card can be used for parameter setting and meter reading.
3.11 adopts a one table one card method, with multiple verifications and encryption of data in the IC card, ensuring security and reliability.
3.12 Each time electricity is purchased, data is transmitted bidirectionally through the power card.
3.13 Can set non working hours and emergency credit limits.
3.14 Within the rated current range, the maximum operating power can be limited (by the power supply department).
3.15 has an external alarm output interface.
3.16 has built-in sound and light alarm, trip and power-off functions
a. When overloaded, it is possible to control the output of alarm and trip signals by selecting whether to allow alarm tripping.
b. When the remaining power is less than or equal to the alarm set value, the alarm and trip signals can be controlled by selecting whether the meter is allowed to output alarm and trip signals.
c. When the remaining power is zero, the meter outputs a trip signal.
